As part of our ongoing collabortation with Essential Living, pla designed this prototype apartment in a characterful warehouse building in the heart of Hoxton.

Interior walls have been removed to create a greater sense of openness and the urban grain is carried through in the finishes and fixtures of the interior, with an industrial feel, featuring brushed black graphite, pared back timber flooring. This apartment is the first of nine apartments which will be modernised as part of the overall refurbishment programme for the block.
