This new build private development brings 42 new apartments to Raynes Park on what was a derelict commercial site in a predomiantly suburban environment.
The scheme is configured as two separate apartment blocks in a landscaped setting, with a connecting pedestrian street and a three-sided open courtyard to the larger block. The apartments range in size from one bed units to three bed maisonettes and are designed with wide frontages to maximise access to daylight and sunlight.
Construction is scheduled to start in Q1 2025.
