pla are working with Essential Living to re-brand and re-fresh their existing apartment blocks in central London. These include this urban block in Shoreditch featuring our prototype apartment. This is the first of 18 apartments to be refurbished as part of the refresh programme. The block is owned and operated by Essential Living and caters to the young rental market.
