The Goodman Stanmore is a senior living community which provides assisted living, nursing and rehabilitation environments. It is designed around a Grade II listed villa currently being used for education and training, and would sit alongside the neighbouring memory care environment to provide a master planned community with the full spectrum of care. It is designed with an interior courtyard to sensitively integrate with the listed building, yet provide character and individuality to each of the 115 apartments. The accommodation includes 85 assisted living apartments and 30 dedicated nursing studios. As with other Goodman communities, residents will benefit from generous shared and support spaces, featuring dining, lounge, library and multi-purpose spaces and a wellness, spa and rehabilitation centre.
